All Appointments will be paid in FULL NO PAYMENT. NO APPOINTMENT.
Please TRY to arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out a client intake form. (For New Clients Only)
There will be a 10 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD. If you are 10 minutes late there will be a $10 late fee charge. After 10 minutes the appointment will be CANCELLED
NO CALL/NO SHOWS are unacceptable. In the event you do a NO CALL/NO SHOW you will be FORFIET your payment.
RESCHEDULE/CANCELLING: If appointment needs to be rescheduled OR cancelled please let me know 48 HOURS prior to your appointment. You can only reschedule ONCE within the same month and a NEW RESCHEDULING FEE $25 will need to be made. Any rescheduling under 48 hours is considered a CANCELLATION.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE book for the day and time you for sure know you can come to your appointment. It is NOT guaranteed a later scheduling day and there is absolutely NO SQUEEZE IN appointments.
If you are booking a facial please DO NOT come with a full face of make up and please remove all facial piercings before service.
